Hi:
We are sending a weekly newsletter with the content of a custom module.
Usually that module has info an everything work perfectly.
But, is the any way to stop sendind that newsletter if the module is empty? I mean, if a week our module has no info, newsletter should not be sent, but next week, when the module is populated newsletter will be sent again.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Is this custom module developed by yourself ?
What are the information displayed in the module ?

Please provide me with as many information as possible about it ;)

Hi Alexandre,

Yes it is a module developed by ourself.
The module is an activity agenda. It has info about future events and usually is populated with that info.
As I said, everything works just fine.
But it may happen that someday this module is empty because no future events are scheduled. So I would like not to send the newsletter if module has no content.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

My apologies for being late in replying your message.

Unfortunately there is no way to do this out of the box..
The only solution would be to develop your own plugin using our Developer documentation : acyba.helpscoutdocs.com/article/677-acym...eloper-documentation
