Hello,

We have been using this for more than a year. and everything was working fine. Now, we are having problems with K2 tags. If you look at the attached files you can see in templates it bring the right article while the HTML Link is not correct. It redirect to a page that is not exist which ends on a 404 error. Somehow I think It switches tags automatically to Arabic link by adding a prefix of Arabic k2 category path.

Any advise?

FYI, i'm using K2 content integration for AcyMailing (2.5.1) and AcyMailing Enterprise (5.5.0)

Regards,

Hello,

Our plugin uses the K2 methods to generate the link to the articles. Could you temporary turn Off the SEF, then give me:
- the link inserted by our plugin
- the link to the article that can be found from the Front-end

It is important to give me the non-SEF version of the link so that I can compare them

It's already off if you are talking about this config.

K2 -> Advanced tab -> Advanced SEF Settings -> Enable advanced SEF for K2 URLs

Could you give me the two links then?

please check screenshots attached to the original post.

Wrong_link.png is the link that Acyba is generating.
Correct_link.png is the K2 link which is correct.

Thanks,

Hello,

Those links are sef links, they are not "real" links, I asked you the non-sef version of those two links.
Without it, I won't be able to compare them.
