Hi,

I searched the forum and reviewed documentaion, but I cannot figure out how to change the color for the Unsubscribe link in a Newsletter. I am not using a template by the way. I created my own and inserted: {unsubscribe}Unsubscribe{/unsubscribe}

I searched the css for the component as well and could not find it.

Help is appreciated.

Hi,

Please access your Newsletter-template, you can set up the unsubscribe link color there...

Please have a look at our official documentation before posting a new message!

Hi Adrien,

I would really rather not have to go through all that to just change the color of the Unsubscribe link. I have been using Acymailing for a long time and I just copy the previous newsletter to make new ones. I have not created a template. I think my newsletter is based off a template from years ago, but with your updates, maybe that is gone now. I don't think my newsletters are connected to any CSS.

Anyway, I tried to edit it with the code below:

<div style="font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 10px; line-height: normal; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;">Not interested any more? {unsubscribe}Unsubscribe{/unsubscribe}</span>
</div>

The inline style works for the "Not interested any more?" but is not affecting the Unsubscribe link. Can you please just help me style it inline?

Help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I'm not sure I was clear in my last message...
But I was saying there is an option "style applied to the unsubscribe link" in the newsletter-template configuration so in two clicks you will be able to change that color!
Just edit your newsletter-template and you will see the option there...

Hi Adrien,

Thanks. I am a little confused. There are 4 newsletter templates and I do not think the Newsletters I am using are based off any of them. Is there a way for me to confirm this? Otherwise, which template would I edit that would affect my current newsletters?

Sorry if I am missing something!

Thank you so much for your help.

Hi,

Please access the Newsletter-edition screen and check the source code of this page...
Then search for the word "data[mail][tempid]" you should find an input with the name data[mail][tempid] and check its value to see what template is assigned to this Newsletter.

OR...

Copy your entire Newsletter code, then select a new template (from the templates button) and once selected, apply back your Newsletter code... so you will be sure your Newsletter is assigned to a template.

Hi,

You can do it by adding some CSS rules in your newsletter.
If you want to do it by using inline CSS then feel free to add this unsubscribe tag into a <div> and add some CSS to this <div> ;)

I tried this, but the inline style added directly to the confirm link overrides all other css styles. No other way?

thanks,
Geoff
