I'm having Acymailing almost set (later I will see the templates).

After fill and send the subscription form, with success and no problems, the user appear in the back end as with "no subscription".

I custom the modify.php page, should this be the problem  ?

Many thanks

The "modify" view only handles the subscription if you display at least one list so depending on your custom code, that may indeed break the process.

Indeed, you removed too many things from this view, there is nothing to specify the user subscription.
We help our users the best we can (even for our free version) and made our system so they can customize any view if they have enough knowledge but we won't provide personal customization on this forum.

I recommend you to follow what I wrote about adding the AcyMailing module in the middle of an article, that way you will have much more options to directly handle it the way you need without even having to customize the view.

Hello John,

I understand that, is a pity because I was almost there...

I will follow your suggestion. But can I paste the generated hml code in the article, so that can custom a little more the page ?

Thanks

No... AcyMailing needs some process to handle the module properly (add javascript for example) so if you copy/paste the generated HTML code, it won't work.

Nevertheless you can customize the view of the module, I think it's gonna be easier as I guess you will modify simple things for this one as the options from the module will enable you to be very close from your final result.

The view of the module is located at:
modules/mod_acymailing/tmpl/default.php
and should be copied to:
templates/YOUR_OWN_TEMPLATE/html/mod_acymailing/default.php
