1/ Add the AcyMailing module to a template position which is not displayed on your website (let's say user5 )
2/ In your article, add the tag {loadposition user5}

I recommend you to give it a try!
In some cases you won't find any position which is not displayed on your website and in that case you should probably add your own one in the template xml.

But maybe you simply want to add an AcyMailing link with the form inside?
Create a new Joomla Menu Item with the type "AcyMailing" and the subtype "modify your subscription". That may meet your needs.

I put this html in the article but it's not working, I believe some code is missing...
<table style="width: 100%;" align="center" cellspacing="1">
    <tbody>
        <tr>
            <td class="key" width="50"><label for="name"> Nome </label></td>
            <td><input name="data[subscriber][name]" id="name" class="inputbox" size="20" type="text" /></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td class="key"><label for="email"> E-mail </label></td>
            <td><input class="inputbox" name="data[subscriber][email]" id="email" size="20" type="text" /></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td align="center" valign="top"><input name="data[listsub][1][status]" id="status01" value="1" checked="checked" class="inputbox" size="1" type="radio" /></td>
            <td><label for="status01">Subscrever</label></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td align="center" valign="top"><input name="data[listsub][1][status]" id="status0-1" value="-1" class="inputbox" size="1" type="radio" /></td>
            <td><label for="status0-1">Remover</label></td>
        </tr>
    </tbody>
</table>
<br /> <br />
<table style="width: 100%;" align="center" cellspacing="1">
    <tbody>
        <tr>
            <td><input name="option" value="com_acymailing" type="hidden" /> <input name="task" value="savechanges" type="hidden" /> <input name="gtask" value="user" type="hidden" /> <input name="5d270ee30948503fa851e1697e2d7108" value="1" type="hidden" /> <input name="subid" value="0" type="hidden" /> <input name="key" value="0" type="hidden" /> <input class="button" onclick="return checkChangeForm();" value="Enviar" type="submit" /></td>
        </tr>
    </tbody>
</table>

Can I custom the "AcyMailing" menu item ? how ?
You can indeed custom this page.
Copy the file "components/com_acymailing/views/user/tmpl/modify.php" to "templates/YOUR_OWN_TEMPLATE/html/com_acymailing/user/modify.php" and then edit the file you copied ("templates/YOUR_OWN_TEMPLATE/html/com_acymailing/user/modify.php") to add anything you want.
put this html in the article but it's not working, I believe some code is missing...
You won't be able to add a code like that in your article, not this one.
The easiest way is really to include the AcyMailing Module inside your article so you will have many options.

You should probably add a new position in your template xml so that you can then use this one which won't be displayed on your template but only in your article:

Open the file "templates/YOUR_OWN_TEMPLATE/templateDetails.xml".
In this file you should find something like:
<positions>
		<position>left</position>
		<position>right</position>
		<position>top</position>
		<position>breadcrumb</position>
		<position>user1</position>
		<position>user2</position>
		<position>user3</position>
		<position>user4</position>
		<position>debug</position>
		<position>syndicate</position>
	</positions>

Add a new position:
<position>newsletter</position>
<positions>
		<position>left</position>
		<position>right</position>
		<position>top</position>
		<position>breadcrumb</position>
		<position>user1</position>
		<position>user2</position>
		<position>user3</position>
		<position>user4</position>
		<position>debug</position>
		<position>syndicate</position>
		<position>newsletter</position>
	</positions>

Then edit the AcyMailing module, activate it and affect it only to this position "newsletter".

And finally, in your article add the tag {loadposition newsletter}

The file "components/com_acymailing/views/user/tmpl/modify.php" exists and you will copy it to the folder "templates/YOUR_OWN_TEMPLATE/html/com_acymailing/user/" (which does not exists, you have to create it)

YOUR_OWN_TEMPLATE is the folder of the template you are using.
