Hi there,
I really LOVE this wonderful component!
I only have a problem with the subscription module: it's the font colour when you write your name and email adress in the fields. My background is black, and the colour is black so you do not see what you have written.

How can I change the colour of the font to white or grey?

I have read that you can modify the css but I do not know where.

Please have a look at my homepage www.notaboutus.de. On the left is the subscription module where you will find what I mean.

Many thanks for any help, and please keep on that good work!

all the best,
oha

In your own template.css file (/templates/transparent_bliss_1.5/css/template.css), you should fine something like that around line 450:
#left .inputbox, #mainContent .inputbox {
background:#000000 none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
margin-bottom:5px;
margin-top:5px;
text-indent:3px;
}

You should add the line:
color:white;

so:
#left .inputbox, #mainContent .inputbox {
background:#000000 none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
margin-bottom:5px;
margin-top:5px;
text-indent:3px;
color:white;
}

AcyMailing does not set the color of the fields, it has to be done in your own template.
You may want to remove the AcyMailing CSS file for the module so that you handle it only with your own CSS and for that there is an option on the AcyMailing configuration page (tab interfaces), you can select Module CSS : none.
Please have a look at our official documentation before posting a new message!

If you use AcyMailing, please post a rating and a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

John,

Thanks a lot for your superfast answer which solved my problem.

I did not know where to find the correct position in my template-css.
Your description was great so I quickly found the missing "color"-code.

Though it did not work immediately. The input fonts still were black.

Don't ask me why but after I activated the "search"-inputfield (just to test if the change was visible there) the colour of the font was white. And it still is ;-)

Thanks again!
:)

All the best,
oha

Yes, you have to refresh the cache of your browser to see the changes of the new CSS file, that was probably the issue.
