Apparently you are trying to do exactly what we did for our download page...
It's a simple Joomla article and then we inserted the AcyMailing module in the middle of the page with an icon (download).

So what we did...
1/ Add the AcyMailing module to a template position which is not displayed on your website (let's say user5 )
2/ In your article, add the tag {loadposition user5}

So now you should see your AcyMailing module inside your Joomla article.

Then you may want to apply an image instead of the default subscribe text.
You can do that with some CSS.
For us it was easier to add a div inside the link to do whatever we wanted so we added the code
<div id="downloadbutton"></div>
in the parameter : "Mootools Button Text" when editing the AcyMailing module from the back-end.

Then this CSS did the job:
#downloadbutton {
background:transparent url(../images/downloads.png) no-repeat scroll 0 0;
height:84px;
width:319px;
}

You should copy the CSS file:
components/com_acymailing/css/module_default.css
to
components/com_acymailing/css/module_custom.css

So you can safely modify module_custom.css and don't modify our default one.

Then go on your AcyMailing configuration page and this new file should appear in the field "module CSS" (tab "interface").

That way, you will be able to upgrade/update AcyMailing easily and you won't loose your custom CSS or your settings.

Hi John,

I tried your suggestion...I'm seeing the module on the artile but not the image.
Site link

The "See all" button under the module outline will be the subscribe button. Any suggestions? Again thanks!

In your case that may be easier to add
<img alt="" src="/sandbox/images/stories/demo/frontpage/see_all_blue.gif"/>
for the parameter "Mootools Button Text".

So you won't even have to use the CSS.

I didn't see the AcyMailing module on the link you added.
