Hi and welcome to our urgent support platform!

As you might know, Acyba has been awarded as « Best support » by the community at the last J&Beyond and we would like to thank you all for this. In order to improve the way we handle the tickets and the support requests we decided some weeks ago to shut down our forum which was inefficient and way too old.

2017 has now started and it’s time for us to make our website a little more user friendly. As a starting point, let me introduce you to our new assistant which will lead you to our support team by getting all the information we need to provide you with the best support possible.
