The dropdown on the top right of the users listing enables you to display users based on the integration you want.
Your latest selection will be automatically displayed there or the default one you selected on the AcySMS configuration page.
You can search for your users, order them the way you want...
The status column indicates whether the user has been added to the blacklist or not.
A user in the blacklist won't receive messages from AcySMS.
The conversation column enables you to access all conversations received and sent to this particular user.
If you use another integration than the AcySMS one, clicking on the e-mail address of the user will redirect you to the corresponding user profile on the right component.
If you use the AcySMS user integration, then you will be able to access and modify the user profile directly via AcySMS or create new users.
All fields are optional except the phone number one.
AcySMS will not let you add a user without a valid phone number.
