I've installed the plugin but no mail notification arrives.
I'm using an external form.
I've also tried to add a new user directly from acymailing but still no notification.
I'm using version 3.6.0 enterprise.

What can be wrong?

Hi Andrea,

If you turn ON the notification on the AcyMailing configuration page, do you receive the notification e-mail?
If you edit the notification message and click on the button "send a test", do you receive a copy?
Please note that no message will be sent if you create the user form the back-end.


Please log in with the account you used to purchase AcyMailing, there is no licence attached to your current username.

I didn't set up the "From address" in the "Edit Notification Email".

Now it's ok.

You should not have to do that... as if you don't, Acy will use the setting from the Acy configuration page.
Maybe you don't have "From Address" on your Acy configuration page? You should check that as well to prevent future issues.

Another question:
in (configuration-->subscription-->notifications-->When a new user is created, send an e-mail to)
if I leave the field empty no notification email is sent. Otherwise if I put an email address the notificiatione arrives to this email and to the mail of the creator of the specific list.
Instead I want that the notification is received only from the creator of the list.

You should indeed leave the field empty then.
There is no relation between the option you entered (send an e-mail to...) and that "list notification" plugin.

Now it's working, maybe I did something wrong.

Ok, now the plugin sends a notification to every list creator.

For exemple, let's say I have Creator1, Creator2 and Creator3.
Is it possible to exclude one of them to receive the notification?

No, it will be either all or none... but you can set the list creator to an other user if you don't want him to receive notification.

I have the same issue that notifications are not sent.

I've verified that there are valid mail from addresses everywhere. The testmail is sent properly but not in productive mode.

Can somebody help?
