TOPIC: Tags not working

Tags not working 1 year, 1 month ago #34643



For some reason I cannot fathom the tag replacement has stopped working on my auto newsletter.

Can you help me please?

Can you tell me more about that issue?
Do you mean the Newsletter is generated but then the tags are not replaced by the right value?
Or the Auto-Newsletter is not generated any more?

The newsletter is generated but the tags just show in the generated newsletter as the tags look in the template.

I can give you access to the site if you want.

I can see many of your tags are broken and if I check the html source of your Newsletter, I can see:

I guess your editor or an other plugin did that?

Have cleaned up the template and re-instated the tags and it is working fine now. Must have been a browser app that did the dirty...
